For the vast majority of us, if you post online, we tend to filter what we post. Not like with a dog face, or the right Instagram filter to make our selfies look like #fleek (Did I say that right?). Whether it’s a photo, a status, a tweet or a snap, we tend to filter out our faults and failures, and try to present a picture perfect life. When was the last time you read a status where someone confessed to something they had done wrong? It’s a rare, and shocking, occasion if it happens at all. Ultimately this has an effect on our souls, and our ability to vulnerable, real and honest in life offline.
On Friday, November 3rd, Tyree Maynard (Midwest Corps) is going to be speaking about being FILTERED at the Norridge Corps at 7 PM. It’s going to be a great night of worship, prayer, teaching and hanging out.
